Reverend Andy Bowman is a State Director for Indiana Adult & Teen Challenge. He helps to oversee 6 centers in the state of Indiana that help adult men, adult women, and adolescent girls struggling with life-controlling addictions. 16 years ago, Andy was addicted to opiates and found himself in need of an Adult Teen Challenge program. Andy was radically saved his second day in the Adult Teen Challenge program in Muskegon, Michigan in a powerful chapel service. Andy graduated in 2009 and the Lord called him into full-time ministry with Teen Challenge. Over the last 15 years, Andy has worked in Teen Challenge with adolescent boys, adolescent girls, adult men, and adult women before stepping into the State Director role in January of 2024. Andy got married to his beautiful wife, Maddie, in 2021 and they have a precious 19-month-old daughter, Willow Joy Bowman. Andy has a passion to work with teenagers and adults that are struggling with life-controlling issues. His desire is to help them find the same hope he found through the power of Jesus Christ.

Todd and Tami Hair have been in pastoral ministry for over 28 years, serving both mid-sized and megachurches throughout the Midwest. They have also been actively involved with the Marriage Restored ministry, helping countless couples from all across the United States strengthen their marriages. In 2016, they expanded their ministry by founding Love Ministries, a relationship coaching ministry that provides a range of support. This includes couple-to-couple sessions, individual coaching (man-to-man and woman-to-woman), and opportunities for growth through speaking engagements, retreats, seminars, conferences, midweek gatherings, and weekend church services. Beyond their many years of ministry experience, Todd and Tami have had the remarkable life experience of raising 14 of their own biological children, whose ages range from 26 down to 3 years old. They also have the joy of two grandchildren. Todd and Tami met as teenagers and never imagined that life would bring them so many blessings and challenges, especially the blessing of such a large family.
